About
The same office, the same care, a new chapter.
Barb Frank is taking over the practice Nancy Zajac spent a decade building — with the same commitment to answering real questions in plain English.

The handoff
For 10 years, Nancy Zajac built her Medicare practice the old-fashioned way — one honest conversation at a time. Her clients came back because she answered the actual question instead of pitching the easiest product.
I’m taking over that practice with the same approach. The phone number works. The office is still here. The answer library Nancy built over a decade is still online — updated for current rules, but with her name on every piece she wrote.
Before stepping into this seat, I spent four years working as an insurance assistant — sitting in on conversations, learning the carriers, watching how the windows and the paperwork actually play out. I’ve been a licensed agent for the past year, and I’m licensed throughout Ohio. My focus is right here in Northern Ohio, but if you’re anywhere in the state and you need an answer, I’ll take the call.
What stays the same
- Real, plain-language answers — not a sales script.
- No cost to you to have a conversation.
- Independent — multiple carriers, not one.
- Local to Northern Ohio, with the same office, hours, and direct line.
What’s new
- A reminder service that emails you when your enrollment window is approaching.
- New articles published weekly during the run-up to AEP.
- A faster way to schedule a conversation online.
If you worked with Nancy before, nothing changes about how this works — just who picks up. If you’re new, welcome. Pick a time and let’s talk.
